An Analysis on the Influnce Factors of Tourist Destination Supply Chain Management on Tourist Satisfaction

Using the method of Exploratory Factor Analysis,this study explores the factots influcing tourist satisfaction from the viewpoint of supply chain of tourist destination Our research shows that the supplies of the soft tourism environment,integrated tourism services,basic and the other tourism services,and tourism facilities in a destination play important roles on tourist satisfaction.The suppliers of these elements,such as tourism service firms,tourism manufacturing firms,public service suppliers and destination government organizations,are the principal parts of the destination supply chain that affect tourist satisfaction.
