Abstract
Objective:To further investigate the clinical actual efficacy of ear endoscopic tympanostomy tube surgery in the treatment of secretory otitis media in children and provide guidance and reference for clinical practice.Methods:136 cases of hospitalized children with secretory otitis media in patients in our hospital from November 2010to January 2013were chosen as the research object. The clinical data for patients was taken for comparative analysis. The related clinical outcomes for patients with different data were compared. Results:The two groups of patients after the implementation of the different treatment methods, the total efficiency rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group. The middle ear effusion in time compared between the two groups, the level of the treatment group was better than the level of the control group.Compared in the recurrence rate, the treatment group was lower than the level of the control group, and between groups,P0.05,there was statistically significant difference. Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of secretory otitis media in children, the clinical effects of ear tympanostomy tube surgery combined with endoscopic adenoidectomy treatment significantly is a safe and reliable choice for the treatment of secretory otitis media in children.
