Victim's Consent on Right to Life in Criminal Law

The traditional viewpoint about“no life can be consent to violate”comes into conflict with the more and more compli-cate phenomenon of victim’s consent on right to life emerging from the reality recently.Based on the existences of cer-tain victim’s consent on right to life,using the western theory of the victim’s consent on right to life for reference,we come into the final conclusion through a series of nomological analysis and legislation review that we should found the legislation reaction mechanism.Then the article analyze the essence and correlative limit conditions,and point out the special victim’s consent on right to life will be legal behavior under certain conditions.
