Abstract

The consent of victim is based on the features of criminal law such as that of public law and modesly.Conditions for the act of consent of victim consist of basic conditions and restricted conditions.The effects of consent of victim in criminal law are different in the scope.To actor,Consent of victim that is effective is justified act.It can prevent crimes.The part-ineffective consent of victim of ineffective commitment means a lot to conviction and measurement of penalty.
