In the chaotic and miserly times of the Wei andJin Dynasties, people had to stand against the reality with their obsessed appearance. Some of them took sounding,some of them played,and the others staged themselves. But essentially, they were a group of genuine thinkers who treated belief seriously. They were the first traitors of unique personal traits who strove for thinking freedom. They held in esteem the metaphysics in arts and bestowed a kind of aesthetic value on life, based on which they faced the tragic life with comedic attitude, holding aloof and ruminating themselves. They realized themselves on the basis beyond reality and consequently reached the self-rescue of life.
