Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of systematic respiratory function training methods on the rehabilitation effect of pulmonary cancer patients after operation. Methods:A total of 50 lung cancer patients were selected and divided into control and test group randomly.Routine care was given by nurses to the control group.Besides routine care, patients in test group were added systematic respiratory function training.Postoperative pulmonary complications, chest tube retention time and the volume of drainage, hospitalization days after operation in the two groups were compared. Results:There were significantly statistical differences in the rates of pulmonary complication occurrence, hospitalization days after operation, chest tube retention time and the volume of drainage in two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:The systematic respiratory function training can decrease complication occurrence, reduce hospitalization time and effectively improve rehabilitation effect of pulmonary cancer patients after operation. And the systematic respiratory function training is worth using and spreading in clinical.
