Research on Organizational Structure Model Concerned with Administrative Extent and Level

Reasonable organizational structure can promote the efficient running of an organization,but the available qualitative description of the orgonizational structure is difficult to evaluate its efficiency accurately.A continuum model theory and the corresponding function of organizational structure were put forward based on the predigest structure,which can get an effective administrative extent and organizational structure.At last,its rationality was proved by an example.
