Abstract

Objective The clinical observation of severe chest trauma and acute respiratory distress syndrome.Methods Screened 15 patients from severe chest trauma and ARDS patients(Including mechanical ventilation,fluid and reasonable,given vasodilators,antibiotics,hormones and other appropriate application);Results In 32 cases of ARDS patients 12 patients died,the mortality rate is 33.33%.Conclusion The clinical treatment that the paper described has a significant treatment effect.And after treatment,the Mortality is lower than Statistical data.
