Abstract

Rural road is the basis of road network and the button of urban and rural area progress in a harmonic way,has the basic,advanced,leading role in building new country.Through analyzing the problems of construction in rural road and the planning goal of rural road,following principle of comprehensive planning,adjust measures to local conditions,sustainable development,some aspects which should be paid more attention to in construction of rural road are advanced,including planning,safety,maintenance,passenger transport and so on.And it has the referential meaning for rural road planning in building new country.
