Abstract
For rural economic and social development in rural road transport requirements,we have a case study of rural road transport system in zengcheng city.Explained the meaning of rural road transport system,follow the system development principles and objectives of building the target system should pay attention to the problem of the case.Construct the rural road transport system of the structure and target system by systems engineering theory.Transmission lines and facilities and rural roads sub-system,rural road transport subsystem,support and protection of rural road transport sub-goal of the three subsystems were analyzed.Discussion an effective way of sustainable development of rural road transport system.
