The clinical efficacy of Amiodarone in treatmeng of acute arrhythmia:An analysis of 60 cases

Objective To observe the efficacy and adverse reactions of amindarone in the treatment of acute arrhythmia and evaluate the clinical significance of it.Methods We selected acute arrhythmia of 60 cases that were treated with amiodarone.The efficacy and adverse reactions of amiodarone were observed for 2 years after discharge.Results The cases treated with amiodarone were all freed from arrhythmia.Follow-ups showed that the conditions of cases were stable and premature ventricular contraction was well controlled.No severe adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion Amiodarone is effective and safe in the treatment of acute arrhythmia,and should be further promoted in the clinic.
