Abstract

[Objective]The purpose was to study the insecticidal active of Hibiscus trionum L seedling extracts made with different solvent against wolfberry aphis.[Method]The drop method was used to determine the insecticidal activities of the ethanol extracts and 5 kinds of extracts made with the petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate,n-butanol,aqueous from H.trionum seedlings against wolfberry aphis.[Result]95% ethanol extract displayed the higher contact activity to wolfberry aphis and the corrected mortality of wolfberry aphids was increased with the increasing of the extract concn.and the extending of treating time.The corrected mortality after 48 h reached 97.04% when the ethanol extract was 50.00 g/L.The regression equation of virulence was y=1.791 0x+3.750 2 and LC50 =4.986 7g/L.The insecticidal activities of 5 extracts against wolfberry aphids was in the order of chloroform petroleum ether ethyl acetate n-butanol water.The corrected mortality of chloroform extracts after 48h was 97.04%.[Conclusion]The study had the reference value for the further research on H.trionum seedlings and the its development of new botanical pesticides.
