Abstract

Based on the research of RTP / RTCP protocol's characteristic and function, the control method of real —time video transmission on RTP/RTCP are discussed.This method can enhance the stabilization of RTP flow, decrease the jitter, utilize network bandwidth efficiently, and transmit the multimedia information fluently .A kind of real time mobile phone alarming system is proposed by using GPS , RTP/RTCP and so on protocol.
