Abstract

The article compares RTP/RTCP protocol with TCP protocal,mainly analyses RTP/RTCP protocol for the video service Qos on the grouping netware.Realization of IP phone uses RTP/RTCP protocol to pack and send data encoded.The result of experiment indicated the software had excellent real time performance.
