Abstract

On the base of passive dynamic vibration absorber(DVA) theory and design method,a damping DVA was designed and assembled in the sub-frame near the rear engine of a pickup truck.The test proved that DAV can control and suppress the vibration of the engine of the pickup truck effectively.
