Abstract

Base on analyzing the principles and factors in selecting transport scheme of multimodal transportation,and taking transport time and transport capacity into account,the authors establish a model with the target of minimizing transport cost,which is used for selecting inter-city transport scheme.Moreover,a genetic algorithm is used to resolve the model.The practical application shows that the model and the algorithm can obtain the satisfactory solution of this problem rapidly.
