Urban Multidimensional Image: From the Spatial Perspective of New Plymouth

At present time of modernization,the city of New Plymouth as a prototype of South Pacific Ocean area,is a thorough indication of production and creation of urban image with various factors in it. Through the case study of this individual city,we see a reflection of an integrated form of urban space,a harmony between inner densities and the spatial layout of the city and a consistency between stability of urban form and its environment. The case study also testifies the truth that society,environment and a scientific layout of urban space give rise to the urban image of the city and points out a further direction for the development of it.
