Abstract

Objective To discuss the nursing intervention effects and ways for neural function rehabilitation in the patients with severe brain injury. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients were divided into rehabilitation group and control group with 60 cases in each group accorded the nursing intervention methods, the two groups were commonly used in conventional drug therapies and conventional rehabilitation methods, and the rehabilitation group patients added the active three stage rehabilitation nursing intervention from onset to treatment after. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the group assessment of NDS score(P 0.05),but the difference between the two groups was statistically significant after the rehabilitation(P 0.05).There were no difference in the group assessment of BI and HAMD score between the two groups(P 0.05),but the differences were statistically significant between the two groups after the rehabilitation(P 0.05).Conclusion The early specification of the three stage rehabilitation therapy on severe craniocerebral injury with neurologic deficit degree plays an important role in improving the self-care ability of daily life and alleviating depression state.
