Abstract

In this paper, the focus of state-owned enterprises reform is put on the creation of state-owned enterprises property right system. Meanwhile, the history, theory and the practical situation of state-owned enterprises property right system are analyzed in this paper. In conclusion,appropriate property right system plays a very important role in our country's market econ-omy system, and some suggestions are also put forword about it.
