The Characteristics of Germany's Anti-unfair Competition Law and Its Enlightenment to China's Legislation

Abstract

Competition is the basic operational system of market-oriented economy. After China's accession to WTO, China has to face international market competition. It becomes especially important to perfect competition law, to sustain effective competition, and to improve the economic development. Germany's unfair competition law is the first relevant act in the world. The article offers some suggestions for the perfection of China's unfair competition law by analyzing Germany's conterpart law and its characteristics in addition to the enlightenment obtained from discussion.
