Research on Problems and Countermeasures of School-enterprise Cooperation Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges

Through exploring the existing problems of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges in our country, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the current situation of the school-enterprise cooperation and deep development of talents training mode. Higher vocational schools should change the idea and initiatively cooperate with the enterprises all-roundly. The professional setting should adapt to the demands of enterprise and labor market. The teaching reform and development of course system should meet the needs of enterprises. Employing and cultivating teachers should fully depend on enterprises. Higher vocational schools should actively establish practice and training bases and innovate the schoolenterprise cooperation modes and so on.
