Treatment of coronary heart diseases and angina pectoris in 40 cases by Huangqi and Danshen pownder injection

To observe the clinical effect of Huangqi and Danshen pownder injection on coronary heart diseases and angina pectoris.All patients were divide into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group. Huangqi Injection (40 mL) was added into 5% GS (250 mL) and given to treatment group intravenously once a day. Then the Danshen pownder injection(80 mg)was also given to them in same way.The control group was only given the latter. Each course has 14 days. The drugs for enlargement of coronary artery was also taken. The attacking degree, times, periods and side effect of angina were recorded. The routine examination were also done. The total effective rate were 92.5% and 75% in treatment and control group respectively. The improvement of angina, ECG, blood rhology in treatment group was superior to that in control group.[Conclusion] Huangqi and Danshen Injection has a good effect with no side effect.
