A Tentative Study of Chinese Securities Business

Abstract

As china has joined the WTO, the securities business in China will pay much more attention to the market and the international requirements. Accordingly, great changes will take place in the model of securities business and management. Adjusting to the transformation of securities business, gaining investors, enlarging the shares of market and adjusting and improving the model of securities business are the most important issues for securities companies to consider.
