STUDIES ON THE PROBLEM OF SECURITIES BUSINESS SUPERVISION

Abstract

Securities business supervision has always been an obstacle to the development of securities business in China. Especially there are many problems exposed from stock market recently, which make how to strengthen securities business supervision be the foucs in the economic field at present. This paper firstly analyzes the problems in the securities business, then on the basis of which the author analyses the problems of securities business supervision in China. At last, the author brings forward some suggestions to perfect the system of securities business supervision in China.
