Abstract

Environmental impact assessment included environmental impact assessment for plan/program and environmental impact assessment for construction.With the different developing level of two types,biodiversity impact assessment were also different for two aims.Based on the characteristics,this paper analyzed current situation of biodiversity impact assessment,including the principles and methods,then pointed out their deficiencies,and put forward a preliminary screening method of evaluations.
