Abstract
Objective: To optimized processing techniques for Yanhusuo(Rhizoma Corydalis) with braizing method. Methods:The content of tetrahydropalmatin was determined, and the extraction conditions of vinegar, Rhizoma Corydalis thickness, moisten-ing time and braizing time were optimized by orthogonal array design. Results: The best condition of braizing method was Rhi-zoma Corydalis powder, add vinegar 30%, moistening for 2 h, braizing for 2 h. Conclusion: Optimizing the processing technology was reasonable and feasible, which provided the basis for the processing of herbal medicinal slices of Rhizoma Corydalis.
