Abstract
Objective To optimize the techniques of primary processing and vinegar processing of Rhizoma corydalis by orthogonal experiment design. Methods HPLC was adopted to measure tetrahydropalmatine content in Rhizoma corydalis which wase prepared with different processes. Results The best condition of primary and vinegar processing was that Rhizoma corydalis was slided by 4mm as fresh, added 40 percent of vinegar and the drying temperature was 50℃.Conclusion The verification test showed that the best choice of processing technology is reasonable.
