STUDY ON LAND MARKET EQUILIBRIUM AND INTENSIVE LAND USE IN CITY

Market is the basic manner and efficiency method to allocate resource.The purpose of the paper is analysis the relationship of market equilibrium and intensive land use and tries to put forward counter-measures to improve the efficiency of land allocation in cities.Method of scene analysis was employed in this article.The result of the paper suggests that the efficiency of land allocation is descending by the decline of land market level.At the same time the behavior of government is also improper in immature land market.And that leads to lower efficiency in land allocation.So,the paper thinks it is important to transfer the mechanism of land management,innovating land market,and make the market become the main mechanism to allocate land resource.And so,some valuable policy recommendations about increasing the intensity of land use are presented.
