Analysis of Development Strategy the Real Estate in Chinese Higher Education

With the recovery and development of the real estate industry in China since reform and opening-up,the higher education of the real estate in China has experienced two stages of booming and forging ahead,and got into the stage of the adjustment of the real estate undergraduate speciality,the higher education of the real estate was incommensurate more and more to the status of the real estate industry,and was in urgent need of development.Based on the summary of the experiences and lessons,This paper put forward the development strategy: giving prominence to the key points,covering the shortage,making full use of favorable factors and guaranteeing quality.
