Real estate related education and training in construction management majors

With the development of market economy and the development of the real estate, there is an increasing need for the highly educated personnel in China's real estate industry. Based on a historical review of real estate education in China, this paper provides you with a general picture of real estate education within the frame of construction management programs. In accordance with the experiences in offering real estate course at Chongqing Technology and Business University, the author points out the problems in the subject and puts forwards some suggestions on how to develop and better the education on real estate.
