Abstract
Objective:The research aimed to evaluate the uncertainty of measurement results for the determination of Ni and its compounds in the air from workplace,and to provide references for the analysis on uncertainty of other metal element determined by FAAS.Methods:Uncertainty components of the test were found out,combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated.Result:The study showed the sampling(0.020),the repeated measurements(0.0091),the recoveries(0.0098) were key factors influencing the reliability of results from determination of Ni and its compounds concentration in the air of workplace.Conclusion:The method of uncertaintuy for determination of Ni and its compounds in the air of workplace by FAAS can be used in quality control of determination process,In order to improve the quality of detection more effectively.
