Abstract

The uncertainty for determination of sodium and its compounds in the air of workplace by FAAS was evaluated according to JJF 1059-1999 evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement.The sources of standard uncertainty were analyzed in detail.The combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated by selected suitable evaluation methods.The combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were finally obtained.
