Abstract
The effects of heat treatment process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of small-sized Ti6Al7Nb bars were investigated. The results show that, with the increase of the annealing temperature, the size of primary alpha phase increases and the volume fraction decreases, the strength increases and plasticity drops. With the increase of the solution temperature, the size of the grain increases, the strength increases and plasticity drops. After aging treatment, the Young's modulus increases
