Abstract

In the light of the features of the graduates, this paper analyzes on the necessity of the personal knowledge management, and puts forward some suggestions in aspects of the analysis on the demand on the personal knowledge, the collection of the personal knowledge, the selection of the personal knowledge management software, the establishment and maintenance of then personal knowledge management system, and the use and innovation of the personal knowledge, etc.
