Abstract

In the ever-changing technological advances in this era of information,personal knowledge of the efficient management of information has become the development of the knowledge economy and to the requirements of the times.This paper discusses the concept of personal knowledge management and the basic content and focus on how the use of advanced information technology and ideas to help librarians personal knowledge management,and ultimately bring about personal knowledge management system framework.
