Abstract

This paper constructs the model for the technology innovation enterprise competition with technology imitation enterprise under intellectual property protection,and then it discusses some questions as follows: the influence of intellectual property protection on production and profit of the two kind of enterprises,the influence of intellectual property protection on innovative input of technology innovation enterprise,and the influence of intellectual property protection on consumer surplus and industrial cluster's welfare.
