Research on Intellectual Property Governance of Enterprise Cluster Innovation

Intellectual property risk seriously hinders the construction and operation of enterprise cluster innovation.The dilemma of intellectual property of cluster innovation is analyzed.The governance model for intellectual property is established based on game theory.Firstly,intellectual property in cluster innovation is divided into private intellectual property and common intellectual property according to the characteristics of cluster innovation.Their relationship is studied and the double-triangle theory is proposed.Secondly,the model shows that innovation utility for each enterprise is mainly determined by the innovation gains and the probability of sharing intellectual property.With this model,the governance mechanisms including interest distribution mechanism,contact mechanism,trust mechanism and government governance mechanism are proposed to solve effectively the problem of intellectual property.
