Abstract
The implement of road toll policy needs the base of careful decision-making to develop.Measure which includes road toll for improving public traffic,and developing road user selection behavior,investigation and research of market price information function etc should be adopted in order to realize the prospective road toll scheme,then the benefit can be gained in the course of practice.
