Analysis of Some Hot Issues in Toll Road Development

Abstract
In retrospect of toll road development in China, this paper discusses some of the hot issues in toll roaa design, administration and construction, based on the successful experiences in toll road development in foreign countries. Several principles of toll road development policy have been summarized with emphasis on some of the hot issues having been taken into account informulation of the State Standards of Toll Collection Mode for Toll Road.
