Abstract
Pointed at the characteristics in gymnastics teaching such as the limited teaching hours,grouping teaching and exercising in turn with one teacher'sinstruction,the Two-Technique-Teaching Model has been designed and the concerning experiments have been conducted.The result shows that the teaching model is efficient in gymnastics teaching.
