A research on special gymnastics teaching methods′ innovation

In this paper,an experimental method is used.The experiment participants are randomly divided into two groups.The control group undergoes the conventional teaching,while the experimental group,in addition to the conventional teaching,theory teaching,multimedia teaching and password teaching are used to.At last,the test results show that the purposeful using of theoretical teaching,multimedia teaching and password teaching can promote the formation of the correct special gymnastics moves,speed up the mastery of special items and gymnastics training,improve classroom efficiency,and cultivate the training interest of students.Thus the special gymnastics teaching quality can be better.
