Abstract

The fundamental theory of device driver under Windows 2000 and the model of WDM driver are introduced in the paper; Besides, it is presented, by example of PCI9052-the PCI interface chip of PLX company, a way to develop PCI driver under Windows 2000 with the use of DriverWorks from Numega company and the application interface.
