The Strategic Approaches to Innovative Management Mode in Chinese Equipment Manufacturing Industry

With the spur of information technology,many changes have occurred to international manufacturing industry from real manufacturing to virtual manufacturing,from independent manufacturing to networking final assembling man- ufacturing,from local manufacturing to transplanting manufacturing,from closed technological research to global coop- erative research,etc.Although the overall operating state is fine with Chinese equipment manufacturing industry (EMI),there also exist some problems:the unbalanced development,low concentration ratio and clustering efficien- cy,weak independent technical innovation.The fundamental solutions include such aspects as standardizing products management,realize the complete information-based management,improving the independency of technological inno- vation enterprises as the subject of innovation,building dynamic regional innovative network and industry clustering.
