Abstract
The results of pot experiment showed that crystal organic fertilizer increased yield of rape by 20.86% compared with urea. But,there was no noticeable yield difference between crystal organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer treatments. Crystal organic fertilizer increased the content of oil and protein in rape seed compared with urea and compound fertilizer,by 14.48%,13.25% and by 11.16%, 14.05% respectively. Crystal organic fertilizer and urea treatment could significantly increase the content of eruciea acid and glucosinolate compared with compound fertilizer. On the other hand, the treatment of malic acid inhibited early growth of rape and the content of oil in rape seed was lowered by fertilizing nitrogen at later stage.
