Abstract
Distribution of crystal organic fertilizer, urea and compound fertilizer-N was researched by 15N-trace method for tobacco plant under pot culture condition. The results showed that crystal organic fertilizer could increase the yield of tobacco leaf by 23.1% and 14.6% based on urea and compound fertilizer treatments respectively and the compound fertilizer could increase the yield by 8.5% compared with the urea treatment. As to the mounts of total nitrogen in tobacco plant, the crystal organic fertilizer were 138.6% and 145.7% based on the compound fertilizer and urea treatments, respectively. As to the mounts of nitrogen from the fertilizer, which treated with crystal organic fertilizer was 25.1% more than the that of compound fertilizer and 27.9% more than that mount of urea treatment. The variation of nitrogen from the soil with different treatments were very noticeable. The mount of nitrogen from soil of the crystal organic fertilizer treatment was 47.4% more than that of compound fertilizer treatment and 58.3% more than that of urea treatment. The nitrogen utilization ratio of crystal organic fertilizer treatment was higher 9.4 percent point than that of compound fertilizer and higher 10.1 percent point than that of the urea treatment. These suggested the reason why the application of the crystal organic fertilizer could increase the yield and value of tobacco was its high fertilizer utilization ratio and high nitrogen releasing ratio of the soil.
