Study about the Warping Distortion of Selective Laser Sintering Rapid Prototyping Workpiece

Abstract

Through rapid prototyping experiment in AFS-450 form machine,finding warping distortion shaped main reason was the state variable of high polymer material and irregular affected by heat during the sinter,getting technological parameters of the powder preheated temperature and laser scanning rate and laser power had the influential law for warping distortion,the paper had made a effective measure of reducing warping distortion.
