Abstract

Warping distortion of selective laser sintering have a great influence on forming accuracy . Through HRPS-ⅢA form machine on rapid prototyping experiment ,the root reason of warping distortionis foumd out . Getting technological parameters of the laser scanning rate ,laser power and the powder preheated temperature on the impact law of warping distortion.The paper had made an effective measure of reducing warping distortion.
