The Feasibility Research on the Human Capital Investment

Abstract

The human capital becomes most important in knowledge-based economy ages.And it is a great trend that the human capital investment can share the stock right of the corporation.While this kind of investment is be denied in the new Company Law.The article discusses the active function of the human capital investment in the operation of the enterprises,and points out that the human capital investment is necessary and reasonable.Based on the special characteristic of the human capital,the article puts forward the system frame of the forms of human capital investment.
