The Descriptive Analysis on Enterprise’s Human Capital Investment Strategies

Abstract

Human capital plays a very important role in the enterprise’s business activities. How to invest in the human capital involves the selection of human capital investment strategy. This paper systematically hackles the existing forms of human capital investment, divide these forms into two kinds: value added human capital investment and value maintained human capital investment, and put forward four kinds of human capital investment strategies on this basis.
