Efficacy Observation of Shenkang Injection in the Treatment of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Shenkang injection in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome.METHODS:A total of 100 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.On the basis of traditional therapy,treatment group(50 cases) was given intravenous injection of Shenkang injection.Control group(50 cases) was given intravenous injection of Danshen injection.28 days later,therapeutic efficacies and the levels of urine protein(UP),serum albumin(ALB),serum creation(Scr) and urea nitroger(BUN) were observed.RESULTS:The therapeutic efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group,and the overall effective rate was 90%.The levels of serum albumin increased significantly(P0.05),and the levels of urine protein,blood urea nitrogen,and serum creatinine decreased significantly(P0.05).CONCLUSION:Shenkang injection effective in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome with less side effect and good compliance.
